Timescale

We can provide advice at any stage of your employment matter, from internal grievances, to conciliation and proceedings in the Employment Tribunal. Employment matters can often be resolved before reaching court by means of negotiation. However, if a case is fought to its conclusion we would normally estimate for a case to proceed from Grievance to Tribunal Hearing would take in the region of 8-12 months.
