Disbursements

Disbursements are costs incurred by us whilst running your case. Some costs are predictable such as photocopying documents, other costs depend on the circumstances of the case, e.g. arranging transportation to a prison in Newcastle will cost more than transportation to a Detention Centre in Bedford.

Please note that the above prices would not cover any third party fees such as Home Office, Court, Expert Reports, Translator or Barrister fees which are outside our control.
In most of the immigration cases we handle the only third party fees applicable will be the Home Office fees. However if we believe that your case will benefit from Expert Evidence we will advise you of this.
In cases which reach appeal, Court fees and Barristers fees will normally be incurred (usually in the region of £550), whilst we have relationships with Barristers Chambers across the country, in some instances this may involve travelling to your hearing and may involve additional costs for transportation.

Instalment Arrangements

n our many years of practice we have established an understanding of the struggles and needs of our clients, which is why in many cases we are able to offer services to clients with fees being paid on an instalment basis (in some cases with as little as 50% of fees paid upfront).

VAT

At present all our services are offered without VAT.

Hourly Rate

Our hourly rate is £160 per hour + VAT
