Every case is different. The final fee will depend on the complexity of the matter, the volume of evidence, the number of applicants, any previous immigration history, urgency, and the level of representation required.

This consultation gives you the opportunity to discuss your circumstances with one of our immigration specialists, understand your potential options and receive initial advice on the best way forward.
Following the consultation, we will usually be able to provide a tailored quotation for any further work required, based on the complexity of your matter and the level of support you need.
How our fees work
For many immigration applications, we can offer a fixed fee once we have reviewed your circumstances and confirmed the scope of work.
Our fees are carefully assessed based on the work required to prepare your matter properly. This may include advising on eligibility, reviewing supporting evidence, preparing the application, drafting representations and managing the submission process on your behalf.
Where your matter is complex, urgent or involves unusual circumstances, we will explain this clearly and provide a tailored quotation before work begins.
What our fees typically include
Our fixed-fee immigration services will usually include:
- assessing your eligibility and advising on the appropriate route
- advising on the documents required
- reviewing and selecting supporting evidence
- preparing the application form
- drafting legal representations where appropriate
- organising and uploading supporting documents
- advising on the biometric appointment process
- liaising with you throughout the matter
- submitting the application and liaising with the Home Office on your behalf
The exact scope of work will be confirmed in your client care letter before we begin.
What our fees do not include
Our professional fees do not include third-party costs or disbursements.
These may include Home Office application fees, Immigration Health Surcharge fees, priority processing fees, translation costs, interpretation fees, barrister’s fees, expert reports, courier charges or other third-party expenses.
VAT may be payable where applicable. All fees listed below are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Personal immigration fees
The fees below are a guide to our usual professional fees for the main applicant. The final fee may vary depending on the facts of your case and the level of work required.
Separate fees apply for dependants. Adult dependants are usually charged at the same rate as the main applicant. Child dependant fees may be reduced depending on the work involved.

Why our fees vary
Immigration applications can differ significantly in complexity. A straightforward application with clear evidence will usually require less work than a matter involving previous refusals, complex finances, extensive travel history, business ownership, dependants, missing documents or urgent deadlines.
Your quotation may be affected by factors such as:
- the number of applicants or dependants
- the volume and quality of supporting documents
- whether detailed legal representations are required
- previous visa refusals or immigration issues
- complex financial, business or family circumstances
- urgency or priority work
- whether third-party evidence, expert evidence or counsel is required
We will explain the likely level of work before you decide whether to proceed.
How long will my application take?
The time needed to prepare your application will depend on your circumstances, the complexity of your case and how quickly the required documents are provided.
We will give you an indication of preparation times once we understand your matter. Home Office processing times are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to decide an application.
Where priority or super priority services are available, we can advise whether they may be suitable for your case.
